Somewhat of a banner day yesterday with more than a half dozen examples of canis latrans. Most were distant, like this one, but they all provided some photo opportunities. This beautiful one was just chilling out, enjoying the unseasonably warm temperatures. In the background, the towering Rocky Mountains, some 20+ miles in the distance, provided for a cool environmental capture.
