It is that time of year again when hormones are raging and the big boys of Colorado’s high country are ready to do battle. This past weekend the action was a bit light but it is still early. This guy had a small harem of a few cows and while no intruders were threatening to take them away, he was letting any other bulls close know they weren’t welcome. He bugled quite a bit all while keeping the ladies corralled close by.
