Unfortunately they are playing tonight a couple states away in Kansas City, Missouri but lots of us in the Rocky Mountain region will be closely watching. After years of disappointment, the excitement has returned. This image was taken two weekends ago at an altitude approaching 14,000 feet. The sun burst above the horizon with beautiful blue above and silhouetted mountains below.
