A pretty, fun composition from last weekend. Sunrise to the east wasn’t particularly impressive but to the west, the sun lit up the clouds in pastel colors nicely with just a hint of blue. This lone tree on the snow-covered plains became the focal point however while behind, the foothills and Rocky Mountains rise up from the lower terrain.
