One for #WaterfallWednesday and it is a big one! The Lower Falls drop 308 feet, nearly twice as high as Niagara Falls and are a fantastic site to see when in Yellowstone National Park. There are numerous viewpoints, this one taken at Artists Point. We were a bit early in that the shadows of the canyon walls were still casting their darkness but I kind of liked the contrast. Above the falls low clouds / fog helped to fill up what was an otherwise blue-sky day.
