Impressive thunderstorm spawns a shaft of a rainbow

We have had some fun weather here in the Denver area lately bringing some much-needed precipitation. Tuesday evening, after the storms rolled through, I could see in the eastern sky things looked interesting. Being lazy and not wanting to drive anywhere, I sent my drone up to 400 feet to have a look.

The storm cell was continuing to drop a good shot of rain as it moved east and the setting sun helped to create a ‘rainbow shaft’ coming from the center of it. Just a fun, pretty capture from the air.
