A beautiful bird makes a picture-perfect landing. Taken during my visit to my local bald eagle nest, this is the female as she returned from a quick stretching of wings before resuming incubating. I was able to capture a long sequence of her arrival, including this one at the instant those deadly talons locked on to the branch. Have a fantastic #FreedomFriday and weekend!
