An image I just really find eye-pleasing, taken back at the end of August. This turkey hen was hanging out in a grassy area, hesitant to move as a red-tailed hawk had perched in a nearby tree. While she debated her options, she gave me some nice captures, this one being my favorite. I love the soft feel and some filtered backlighting really lit up her wattle.
