Not an ideal launch shot due to the light behind this female bald eagle but goodness, she is just beautiful. During a visit to this nest, she came to one of her favorite perched right over a suburban road. That didn’t last long as her mate headed off to hunt and she opted to follow. The sun was behind her which is a bummer but I loved the aggressive look and the light under her wing. Have a fantastic #FreedomFriday.
