Normally backlighting isn’t what you want when photographing critters but this one worked out pretty well I think. I love how the fox’s fur is illuminated from behind making to seem to glow.
Taken back in October when I had the opportunity to spend some quality time with this beauty. It was quite tolerant, allowing me to follow it around as it patrolled the area.
The time is getting close when I hope to find a den or two to watch with little ones.
