Taken a couple weeks ago on a cold morning on the Colorado plains. Frost had coated the landscape and the critters making for some fun captures like this one. This big fella was moving among the rest of the herd and provided some fun captures. Here, he demonstrates the flehmen response, curling his lips back and lifting his head to get a good sniff.
