A Cooper’s hawk jealously guards its catch from the intruding photographer. Truth be told, I really didn’t want any part of her meal. Any takers? ? Going back to last month on a visit to an area these hawks were working on a family home. Taking a break from home building, the female decided it was time to eat and gave me some cool captures. These raptors are just crazy beautiful and those red eyes, absolutely piercing!
