I have to admit, I am little bit envious of these gorgeous, white birds. They only stop in Denver long enough to fuel up and rest and then head for warmer climes. 😉 I paid a visit to Barr Lake State Park, Colorado State Parks on Sunday and was happy to find this big flock of them as they took flight and continued their journey. Normally I only see one or two and then mixed in with the far more common Canada geese so it was a bit of a treat.
