After numerous visits to Rocky Mountain National Park this fall, it does indeed appear the action has largely ended. While this guy was handsome, he wasn’t likely a serious contender this year. Give him time to get a few more points on those antlers though and he will be though. For now, he seemed quite happy to take a break in the shade and enjoy the relative quiet.
