Going back to last month and my visit with this crazy cool ducks. I previously shared a flight shot and this is the second favorite I managed to get of one of the males taking off.
These guys are just crazy beautiful and almost seem ‘fake’ as it is hard to believe there is a creature so colorful. Certainly, they are far different from the more subdued coloring we see in most of our birds here in Colorado.
