I don’t know what this female yellow headed blackbird had for breakfast, but it sure didn’t look very good to me! It appeared she was having a tough time getting it down as well which, given its appearance, that isn’t surprising. She chomped on it, turned it around a couple of times, but never did seem to actually swallow it. It seemed to have some sort of exoskeleton and a long tail but I don’t know what it was.
