I spent this past weekend camping above 10,000 feet with relaxation, disconnection, moose and quality time with my wife in mind. Thankfully I can check all four of those off. As for the moose, both Saturday and Sunday yielded some cool captures of these mountain behemoths.
This one, taken yesterday, was my favorite. Four bull moose and a cow were in a wooded area making it tough to get clear captures of them. Not long after the sun cleared the horizon, it lit up the forest in some amazing golden light. The big boy seemed to clue in that I wanted a pic of him in front of it and turned briefly to give me this look.
