While the jets may have the speed, these throwbacks to the middle of the last century deserve just as much attention. Watching them fly with ease through the skies I couldn’t help but think back to World War II and the battles fought by the Greatest Generation in hardware like this. The victories – and the losses – still echo throughout the world today. In order:
