I headed northeast of Denver to a spot in Morgan County that I have been dozens of times during the summer but never in the winter. It would appear that no matter the season, Colorado’s plains have the most amazing starts and ends to the day. It was a chilly 24 degrees when I snapped this image but I am really liking it. The colors, the reflection and the crescent moon came together quite nicely.
