Another #WaterfallWednesday and another capture from Rifle Falls State Park (Colorado). This time, we take a closer look at the base of one of the falls.
The water at the triple falls comes crashing down 70 feet and at the eastern fall, crashes into this large bunch of rocks right off the trail. On this morning, the sun had just crested the canyon walls creating for some cool, dappled light on the water as it fell and struck the bottom. A slow shutter speed on the camera creates a smooth, flowing effect.
