Fall drone flight along the South Platte River

Having completed my critter captures for the day yesterday, I decided to put up my rarely used drone and get some shots.

The weather was calm and mild although the overcast skies were kind of a bummer. The overhead vantage point of the drone did provide some cool captures though and showcase the fall foliage that is beginning to peak along the Colorado Front Range.

Pay particular note of the first shot… Can you recognize what is in the water to the bottom middle? Kind of neat.
