A bull moose cautiously approaches a bigger bull, seeming to want to ensure they aren’t going to fight. Taken back at the end of August, the velvet had not been shed and the rut hadn’t begun so the smaller guy was safe – for now.
It was a fun morning watching these two greet each other then graze peacefully in the valley. I have shared pictures of the one on the right previously. Known as Frank the Tank, he is absolutely an impressive specimen.
