There are a few mountains in Colorado that everyone knows on sight and Longs Peak is certainly one of them. Situated in Rocky Mountain National Park, the blocky, 14,259-foot peak is easily seen along the Front Range and dominates the view in the park itself.
When visiting recently, my friend and I photographed a handsome bull moose, grazing on willows. Initially we were focused on the moose itself then realized that the wider scene was just as compelling, as seen here. Have a fantastic #MooseMonday!
