A windy morning this past Sunday had mama owl’s ear tufts blown a bit sideways and looking grumpy. She looked absolutely gorgeous though bathed in the golden, early morning sun and those eyes were as bright as ever. Also be sure not notice the impressive talons on this raptor – those could do some serious damage. This lady has a few little ones in a nest next door to the tree she was in.
