Okay, maybe a bark. Well, we call it bark, but it is more of a squeak. Haha.

Spend some time just listening at any high-altitude rocky area or talus field, and there is a good chance you will hear their unmistakable call. Usually, they make the sound to warm of a threat.

This little one was quite concerned about something, sitting high and sounding the alarm repeatedly this past Sunday. The golden light of sunrise was awesome, yielding this cool capture.
