My son and I call eagles at this age ‘bandits’ or ‘stripe’ due to the darker streak behind their eyes. They look pretty darned cool at this age. This particular eagle is the older of the two eagles together that I posted a picture of last week. It was kind enough to give me a very nice flyby.
