I have taken tons of pics of this bald eagle, her mate and their offspring. Back at the end of April, she was looking as awesome as always.
She had just delivered a stick to add to her nest and checked on her little one. Seeing all was well, she launched into the air and headed off to parts unknown.
The light was perfect with a hint of a golden glow and of course behind were those typically clear, blue Colorado skies. I like the offset wing position on this shot as she banked to the left.
