The little burrowing owl owlets are getting quite mobile now. They have not taken any long flights yet, but they are covering short distances. Here, one of the eight owlets flies from a neighboring burrow to join its father. The look of excitement on its face is pretty darned cute! With all of them so active and able to spread out now, it is hard to keep up with them and know which ones to watch.
