Little evades the fox’s keen eyes and ears and that apparently includes clumsy photographers. 😀
I was hiding behind a nearby tree, photographing the three kits at this spot. My hiding place was less than ideal, literally standing behind a tree with zero room for error of making too much movement or noise. Holding up my lens and standing for over an hour was killing my legs and back and I finally had to at least put the camera down and move a little bit. Well, that was all it took for the adult to take notice.
With a seemingly silent signal, it sent the three little ones scrambling for cover while it stood guard. It never did zero in on me and the little ones did come back out and play for a little bit but my old body almost ruined the photo op. LOL!
