The cat in the grass. And then Something went BUMP! How that bump as it hopped the fence made me jump! I looked! Then I saw him stop in the grass! I looked! And I saw him! The Cat in the Grass! And he said to me, “Why do you sit there like that?” I took note and clicked my shutter, amazed at the wonder of the Cat in the Grass before me. 😉
A magical encounter with this beautiful bobcat this past weekend. As I approached the area, I watched it run across the road and hop a fence in front of me. Briefly, every so briefly, it paused, allowing me a few tantalizing captures before disappearing. The Cat in the Grass was gone but I will forever remember the encounter.
