There was just something about this little glacier in Kenai Fjords National Park that I absolutely loved. The brilliant blue of the ice and snow coupled with the green foliage to the left and the scoured, gray rock to the right and below looked beautiful.
Dubbed Little Holgate Glacier, it is just to the south of the more well-known and bigger Holgate Glacier. While the big guy was impressive and likely garnered more attention from my fellow tour participants, I found this smaller one and the scene around it more compelling.
One of these two pics is likely to be on my wall in my office in the very near future.
