Oh my! Look at this beautiful lady! I spent some time with her and her mate this past Sunday and they put on a nice little show.
After spending some time at home, the pair headed to an area about a half mile away where they like to hunt. There, they gave me some fantastic poses and after a time, decided it was time to fly again. Here, the female leaps into the air, showcasing that incredible 6+ foot wingspan of hers while having a very determined look on her face.
Last year was the first for their nest and, unfortunately, for some reason it failed with no offspring. Certainly, I am hoping for better luck this year.
