It has been a few months since I had a quality photo session with my favorite subject. This past weekend, I spotted a local pair at one of their favorite fall and winter hangouts and had to check them out. As usual, they weren’t too keen on posing but after departing, the female gave me a couple of nice flybys.
While the light and sky were not ideal, it left me with a smile on my face and made me anxious for the months to come when the transient population of eagles will increase greatly and so will my opportunities.
