Watching fox families interact is pretty awesome. I hate to project human emotions onto animals but I just can’t help but believe they feel affection much like we do.
On this day, the kits were out and about, raising a ruckus and playing. The parents were slower to make an appearance and once dad showed up, he laid down, relaxing in the morning sun. One of the kits stopped its play and came to say hi to its father, going nose to nose in a cute, brief moment.
I admit the little one was probably looking for a meal as much as anything else but I prefer to think it just wanted to have some attention from dad. Have a great Fox Friday and weekend!
