This was a fun little encounter yesterday as I happened across this adult and two juvenile bald eagles northeast of Denver, Colorado yesterday.
Of course I don’t really know that the adult is one of the young ones’ parents but it is possible. Eagles don’t usually choose the same pole and I don’t know that I have ever seen three on one.
Certainly prefer not to get pics of “pole birds” but it was cool to see these awesome raptors hanging out together.
