I have been in a “coyote drought” for the longest time. These guys are quite common and I frequent the areas they are seen but I just have not had any luck getting a quality image of them for almost two years now. Either they are too far off, lighting is horrendous or I find ones that are suffering mange.
While this coyote was beautiful in its winter coat, it was, as has been the norm lately, too far off and lighting was very dim. Nevertheless, since it has been so long since I have shared a pic of one, here you go. 😉
